Associate Executive Director

Joseph serves as the Associate Executive Director, bringing strong leadership and deep commitment to helping youth reach their full potential. With prior experience at Academy Programs, Joseph has developed a proven ability to lead teams with empathy, purpose, and collaboration. His natural gift for connecting and relating to staff and youth helps foster a supportive, motivating environment within the organization.

Joseph currently resides in Morgantown where he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family and friends. A graduate of West Virginia University, with a degree in Business Management, Joseph combines his educational background with hands-on leadership experience to guide and develop effective programs. Born and raised in Fairmont, WV, he values community, teamwork, and continuous growth.
