Christin Black Program Director
Christin is a native of Fairmont and is a graduate of St. Francis University in Pennsylvania where she played basketball and earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice in 2006. She began her career at Academy Programs in 2007 as a Teacher-Counselor. In 2008 Christin was promoted to Team Leader and played a vital role in guiding young Teacher-Counselors. In 2015, she was elevated to the position of Senior Program Director. Christin has been a lynchpin in the delivery of treatment services to at-risk children and families from the beginning of her time at Academy Programs.

Rodney King Program Director
Rodney is a native of Fairmont West Virginia and graduate of Fairmont State University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Education. Rodney currently resides in Fairmont with his family. Rodney has been employed with Academy Programs since 2009. He began his career as a Teacher Counselor Assistant. He later became a Teacher Counselor, Team Leader, and Senior Team Leader. Rodney was also Teacher Counselor of the Year in 2012.

Ally Yoho Program Director
Allyson Yoho has recently taken on the role of Yale Program Director at Academy Programs, where she oversees a comprehensive program dedicated to supporting at-risk youth. Allyson has been with the Academy as a Teacher Counselor, Senior Teacher Counselor, and Team Leader. She is a Tyler County native and a graduate of Glenville State College, where she earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Behavioral Science. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Allyson enjoys hiking, kayaking, and watching football, which she often incorporates into her work to build rapport and create a positive environment for the youth she serves. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere is evident in every aspect of her work, making her an invaluable asset.
